Being a real estate agent has been tough lately and many agents, newer or seasoned, are looking for ways to increase lead generation and profitability. I have 2.5 years of bootstrapping additional services to my real estate and have been able to watch my business grow while others look for side jobs to get through this season. I am offering a crash course on what I do to see if it fits your market and can provide you with the stability in real estate that you're looking for! We will zoom privately and you'll have access to the documents that I'm currently using, marketing types and tricks, and plenty of time to work on a plan for your specific market and business.

Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment: All virtual consultation sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online platform. Prices for sessions are specified at the time of booking and are subject to change. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling: One rescheduling of the appointment is allowed per booking, provided it is done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. The paid fee will be transferred to the new appointment time. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment, a 50% refund of the initial fee is applicable. Consultant Cancellation: If the consultant cancels the appointment at any time, the client is entitled to a full refund unless the client opts to reschedule the session. If rescheduled, the initial fee will apply to the new appointment time. Session Attendance: Each session booking allows for only one person to attend the consultation. If additional viewers are present on the same computer, an additional fee of $50 will be charged. If additional viewers wish to join from a different location, an additional fee of $295 will be charged per viewer. Privacy and Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential and are conducted through secure, encrypted platforms to protect your privacy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Technology Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device for the virtual consultation. The company is not responsible for any technical difficulties on the client's side that prevent the session from occurring. Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the virtual consultation services.
