What does this look like in practice?
I schedule my clients around staff availability so that my staff can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Just as I want to remove major stressors from my clients’ lives, I want to remove the major stressors that come with employment. I value what each of my staff bring to the table and hope to provide an environment where they can take ownership of their role and provide a safe space for them to continue to grow professionally and support their personal growth as well.
Whether they are in school, picking up hours while kids are in school, looking for a flexible side job, or wanting to stay active in the work force after retirement- my goal is to support my staff so they can thrive moving forward as well.

We are working in the privacy of clients' homes and at times clients are grieving or struggling mentally or emotionally, so it's important to us that our staff finding joy and satisfaction in their role. We aim to provide employees with duties that grow their strengths and opportunities to grow in their leadership and decision making skills.
Our values are based on integrity, empathy and sincerity. We don't judge or criticize, but we are advocates for our clients daily. It is our fiduciary and ethical duty to ensure they are well informed, they are provided multiple options and they are clearly and openly communicated with.
Current available positions are all part time, there are no requirements to request time off. We offer competitive pay with frequent opportunities to get pay raises or to grow within the company.
