Service Description

Our initial consult is a way for us to walk through your home with you and help you create a timeline and a plan for the next steps that will matter the most to you. Resist the urge to declutter or clean before we come. We learn a lot about how you organize and prioritize by what we see and we don't want you to hold off on scheduling a consult because you don't feel ready. The sooner we can assess and create a plan, the better! Everyone is less rushed, less stressed and we can provide more services and support when we have more time with you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please notify us by phone or text at least 1 hour prior to appointment. If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick and you now have similar symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for when you are symptom free. Staff will need to reschedule if they are feeling unwell or if they are waiting on COVID test results and will notify you at least 1 hour prior to, or the night before an appointment.
