Our initial consult is a way for us to walk through your home with you and help you create a timeline and a plan for the next steps that will matter the most to you. Resist the urge to declutter or clean before we come. We learn a lot about how you organize and prioritize by what we see and we don't want you to hold off on scheduling a consult because you don't feel ready. The sooner we can assess and create a plan, the better! Everyone is less rushed, less stressed and we can provide more services and support when we have more time with you.

Cancellation Policy

Adherence to Ethical and Association Standards: As a licensed agent with Dakota Plains Realty, I adhere to the REALTOR code of ethics and abide by FMAAR rules and bylaws. My actions and communications are conducted in accordance with these standards. Nature of Appointment: The purpose of the appointment is not to solicit or promote my real estate services in a manner that interferes with existing agent/client relationships. My intent is to provide information or services that do not conflict with the client's current contractual obligations. Guaranteed Pricing and Incentives: I offer guaranteed pricing and incentives as part of my regular marketing efforts. These offers are not intended to disrupt or interfere with any existing agent/client relationship and may be included in standard marketing material your client receives. Client Interactions: Should a client specifically ask about my services or real estate options, I am obligated to respond honestly and transparently, respecting the boundaries of existing relationships and the ethical standards of our profession. Consultation Conduct: In a consultation setting, I will not actively promote my real estate services and will defer to the client's current agent for real estate-related questions whenever appropriate. However, per advertising rules, my brokerage is always listed on any marketing. Confidentiality: All information shared during the appointment will be treated with confidentiality and in accordance with our professional standards. Professional Integrity: My interactions and services are provided with professional integrity, aiming to support the client's needs without undermining their relationship with their current agent. Amendments to Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change and may be updated in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner. By booking an appointment with me as a competing agent, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement ensures that our interaction will be conducted ethically, respecting existing professional relationships and industry standards.
