Service Description

1:1 Appointments must have a consultation completed and an action plan in place with a team lead for moving forward. 1:1 appointments are typically long term or ongoing appointments meant to make downsizing planning, and home organizing less stressful as they are bite size projects and give the client time to process information. Often includes homework with things to sort or decision making to do in between appointments.


Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for Online Virtual Consultation Sessions Booking and Payment: All virtual consultation sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online platform. Prices for sessions are specified at the time of booking and are subject to change. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling: One rescheduling of the appointment is allowed per booking, provided it is done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. The paid fee will be transferred to the new appointment time. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment, a 50% refund of the initial fee is applicable. Consultant Cancellation: If the consultant cancels the appointment at any time, the client is entitled to a full refund unless the client opts to reschedule the session. If rescheduled, the initial fee will apply to the new appointment time. Privacy and Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential and are conducted through secure, encrypted platforms to protect your privacy. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Technology Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate device for the virtual consultation. The company is not responsible for any technical difficulties on the client's side that prevent the session from occurring. Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the virtual consultation services. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed about any changes. By booking a virtual consultation session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
