Every client has different needs and we work with every budget. In home consults are free and highly encouraged! We can provide a better estimate after we walk through the home with you.

Hourly

For reoccuring appointments for downsizing and decluttering with 1-2 staff members per session. Sessions usually range from 1-3 hours depending on needs and timeline.

For packing & moving days that require multiple staff. Includes basic supplies (40 boxes, tape, packing paper, bubble wrap, etc.)

Estate sales or auctions provide money back in the clients pocket. Our clients average $8k profit after paying for services and estate sale fees.

Things to know:

  • Our average moving client spends about $2500 on moving services and packing. 

  • Our average downsizing client spends around $1200 for sorting and organizing services. 

  • Downsizing and sorting before a move can save an estimate 30% or more in moving labor and packing supplies! Donating, selling and reducing redundant belongings saves you money!

  • Services are dependent on availability so it is encouraged to contact us as soon as you start considering a move so we can help establish a timeline. It is never too soon to start planning.

  • Last minute moves (within 2 weeks of contact) may be subject to additional charges.

  • Estate sales typically need 3-4 weeks of prep and advertising.

  • If you are planning to sell your home, all services we provide can be paid at closing meaning no out of pocket costs for your packing, moving or unsettling. Some conditions apply.
