Service Description

By booking this appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time are subject to a $50 fee, as we reserve time specifically for you and your team. You are welcoming our staff into your home. While we are always respectful and as careful as possible, accidents can happen. Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and sentimental belongings in advance. Pets should be secured and kept out of the working area for everyone's safety and comfort. Please ensure that the space we’ll be working in is reasonably clear and accessible so we can be effective with our time. Staff reserve the right to end an appointment early if they feel unsafe or if the client appears unwell, under the influence, or if the environment is not appropriate for work. We kindly ask that there be a place to wash hands or use hand sanitizer during the appointment. If any changes come up before your appointment, please let us know—we’re happy to reschedule with notice. We’re here to help make this process smoother, safer, and less overwhelming. We’ll always aim to communicate changes clearly. 🛠️ On-Site Expectations To ensure a safe and productive session: Secure all valuables and fragile items in advance. While we’re careful, abiRiver is not liable for damage during physical handling. Pets must be kept out of the work area. Smoking or vaping is not permitted while staff are present due to health sensitivities. Please provide a handwashing area or sanitizer. Ensure the space is reasonably clear and accessible before our arrival. 🚨 Safety & Right to End Services Staff may end an appointment if they feel unsafe, threatened, or if the environment is inappropriate (e.g., client is unwell or under the influence). In these cases, no refunds will be issued. 📅 Cancellations Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 fee. Repeat no-shows may be charged in full or declined future bookings. 🩹 Job Site Injuries In the event of injury on-site, the matter may fall under the client’s homeowner’s insurance where legally applicable.
